"I had the good fortune to book an appointment with Optimum Health Services Ltd (UK) and it has given my feet a new life since that date. Me, I thought getting my feet done was something only pensioners did! I had always put family and others first. I had not taken too much time on me and now in my forties my feet told the tale of neglect and they hurt too. So when I booked that first appointment my feet were in a mess and I was afraid too. But that first appointment is the best move I have ever made and it has changed my life for the better.

I go regularly now and get pampered with a foot massage too. It has made wearing my work shoes and my walking shoes and my dance shoes a wonderful experience now.

Alison Deacon has such a depth and breadth of knowledge in her subject and a soft touch that ensures my feet are now comfortable and beautiful to look at and soft to feel too. She knows everything about anything feet. She can advise on footwear that will help feet stay great too. Alison has magic insteps (orthotics) that help feet correct damage over the years too. I was convinced that first appointment would hurt as my feet were dreadful and I hated to look at them but Alison is so skilled as a podiatrist that nothing of this was so.
I have booked regular appointments since with Alison and look forward to them to maintain my beautiful healthy feet. Now I walk a lot and dance all the time too because my feet no longer hurt as they used to. I cannot recommend Alison and her business enough to you. Give her a call. Even when I have strange working hours, she has always found me an appointment in her long working day."

"Optimum Health Services was first recommended to me as I was experiencing really sore feet whilst training for a half marathon, I had regular medipeds with Alison and over a few months the problem was rectified by using insoles and wedges to change the position of my feet and therefore improve my running position.

As well as my feet being less sore Alison was able to make my feet look a whole lot better as she got rid of all the dead skin and ugly bits!!! Two benefits for the price of one visit! Highly recommended"
